Track Records provides the following list of services to all M&R customers:
The M&R agreement provides up to 20 hours per month of the following support options at no additional cost. Support is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST Monday through Friday
- E-Mail response by close of business each day
- Telephone response within 1 hour of initial contact or by close of business each day
- Remote Assistance within one business day of initial receipt of request
Note: Extended 24/7 support is available upon request.
- Track Records provides and implements periodic software upgrades.
- All upgrades are provided to customers as part of the M&R Agreement at no additional charge.
- Initial staff-training sessions are included in the purchase price of all Track Records software
- 30 minutes – 1 hour quarterly scheduled trainings for the following topics:
- Scheduling
- Billing/ Payroll
- Executive Reporting
- Client Tracking & Documentation
- Administrative Reporting
- Interoffice Communication Tool
- Full access to Knowledge Base library with recorded training sessions, articles, and how-to guides
- Training webinars will be offered to all customers upon implementation of each Track Records upgrade.
- We put our “money where our mouth is” by not accepting your last payment until training and implementation are complete.
- Our development team uses customer feedback to expand upgrade features and future software development.
- Our support staff follows through with top-quality trainings and long-term software support.
- We create customized reports to meet your unique business needs!
