Demographic Information

Track all demographic information on your clients, including race, gender, age, county, disabilities, etc.

 



Program Information

Track the progress of your clients through multiple programs. All past, current, and future programs, as well as program recommendations resulting from evaluations, can be tracked. Image caption = View all programmatic information on one page. Current and past programs are listed, as well as opportunities for action, listed along the left of the Client Menu Sheet.


Client Services Report

Monitor current client activity in programs as well as any new referrals that have been received. Run reports for any date range, particular department, particular program, or a combination of any of those factors. Image caption = Quickly view a report of all referrals that have been received, evaluations that have been performed, clients who have been placed on hold or exited a program over a specified date range.
