Donation Entry
Enter and maintain information on all donations made to your agency. Donations can be made as one-time gifts or as payments on a pledge. Image caption = Track one-time donations or payments on a pledge in a simple form. Thank you letters for all donations can be printed and sent to the donor.
Outstanding Pledges Report
Track the balance of pledges that were made during any campaign with the Outstanding Pledges Report. Information about each pledge can be viewed and printed in the form of an invoice for payment reminders. Image caption = Quickly view a report of all individuals or companies who pledged a certain amount but have not fulfilled their entire pledge. Specific campaigns can be viewed, or pledges made for all campaigns can be included in the report.
Thank You Letter
Print a letter of thanks for each donation given to let your donors know how much you appreciate their support. Form letters that automatically insert the donor’s name and type or amount of gift make sending thank you letters easier than ever.
