CASE MANAGEMENT (CM) QUALITY ASSURANCE

Every non-profit strives to provide quality services to its clients. Track Records provides the reports necessary to measure the quality of services that are being provided to clients every day. Aspects that influence the quality of services range from timeliness to service outcomes to comprehensive oversight of all client services. Multiple reports within Track Records allow administrators and department heads to quickly create quality assurance reports and use the information in the reports to effect changes that need to be made.

OUTCOME MEASURES

Track Records allows your organization to monitor how well the entire agency is or specific departments are meeting the needs of your clients. Outcome reports can quickly be run according to date, department, program, staff member, etc.

Several reports are integrated into Track Records to allow managers, supervisors, department heads, and administration to quickly view how well your agency’s clients are being served. Specific reports have permission constraints that only allow users with a high level of authority in the software to view the reports.

CASE MANAGEMENT

Track Records is designed to ease the burden of managing the cases of multiple clients and multiple programs. With information about all clients and their program interaction at your fingertips, monitoring services for any and all clients is simple.

When the developers of Track Records set out to create a case management system, the goal was to allow service providers to spend as little time as possible on the necessary documentation of client services so the bulk of their time could be spent with clients. This philosophy has led to the creation of a program that makes tracking services easy, reporting on services quick and accurate, and case management a snap.

Each staff member can quickly view his or her own caseload and enter service documentation or client absence logs with ease. Demographic information is linked for easy access to all client information.
