Work Schedules that link with payroll & billing

The Work Schedules feature allows shift schedules for staff members in the field to be set in the system. The shift information includes staff member, service, time, date, and client information. The schedule can be viewed and printed in different formats for specific employee(s), specific locations (group home, structured workshop), or specific client(s). Once the scheduled shifts have been verified as worked and confirmed Track Records will automatically generate payroll and billing information.

Shift Scheduling

Work shifts are easily scheduled in Track Records DS. The scheduling interface makes creating or editing shifts as simple as clicking one link and adding or editing information. Once the shifts are scheduled, the graphical view of the shifts allows the scheduler to quickly review the schedule for errors.

Confirming Shifts

Scheduled shifts that have been worked can be confirmed as worked shifts, yielding staff timecard and client billing information. Once each shift can be confirmed as worked by time cards, service notes, etc., confirming the shifts in Track Records requires minimal effort!

Eliminate Double-Booking

If a user attempts to create a schedule for an employee who is already scheduled for other services, Track Records will provide the following warning: “ERROR due to conflicts”. Scheduling errors are therefore caught before double-booking occurs.
